M	M. Snijders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service! En het personeel is vriendelijk en neemt de tijd voor elke klant. Mijn horloge viel nog onder de garantie en de batterij was op. Officieel moet het dan naar de fabrikant gestuurd worden maar ze hebben het voor deze ene keer bij hun op locatie gemaakt. Binnen een dag was het klaar! Super lief! Ik raad deze zaak zeker aan! Super service! And the staff are friendly and take their time for each customer. My watch was still under warranty and the battery was empty. Officially it must be sent to the manufacturer, but they made it at their location for once. It was done in a day! Super sweet! I definitely recommend this case!

Eerst een email gestuurd, met wat er gemaakt moest worden aan mijn 1 maand oude Micheal Kors horloge ,vervolgens in de email een bedrag zeggen , maar toen ik daar kwam kon het duurder zijn , wat raar is als er in de email een vast bedrag staat en niet een vanaf prijs en als je dat dan zegt wordt er gezegd , ja ik heb die email niet gestuurd dat was mijn collega. Ook werd er gezegd in de email dezelfde dag nog klaar , (ik dus 3 dagen na inleveren van mijn horloge langs geweest ,omdat het toen klaar zou zijn vervolgens kom ik daar voor niks, maar bellen dat mijn horloge nog niet klaar was ho maar. Zijn excuus ja ik was druk.) Nou 1.5 week later eindelijk opgebeld de reden waarom het zo lang duurde was, omdat ze de waterdichte ring hadden kapot gemaakt. (Wat volgens hun kapot gaat als je het horloge open maakt....) Mijn horloge glas is vervangen terwijl hier niks mis mee was? ( hier had ik ook niet om gevraagd? , maar hebben ze toch gedaan.) En dan als je eindelijk je horloge kan ophalen probeert die je een schuldgevoel aan te praten dat die geen winst heeft gemaakt,omdat er nieuw glas in het horloge moest. Kortom géén aanrader deze zaak. Went here on the advice of a colleague. First sent an email, with what had to be made to my 1 month old Micheal Kors watch, then say an amount in the email, but when I got there it could be more expensive, which is strange if the email contains a fixed amount and not a starting price and when you say that it is said, yes I did not send that email that was my colleague. It was also said in the email ready the same day, (so I visited 3 days after handing in my watch, because it would be ready then, then I come there for nothing, but call that my watch was not ready yet. His excuse yes I was busy.) Well 1.5 week later finally called the reason why it took so long was because they had broken the waterproof ring. (What they say breaks when you open the watch....) My watch glass was replaced while there was nothing wrong with it? (I didn't ask for this either, but they did anyway.) And then when you can finally pick up your watch, it tries to make you feel guilty that it didn't make a profit, because new glass had to be put in the watch. In short, do not recommend this case.

Mijn verlovingsring ook gelijk laten poetsen was zo snel klaar en zag er weer prachtig als nieuw uit! Aanrader! Good thing. We come here often Customer friendly, We have been very nice and patiently helped to pick out a wedding ring Immediately bought too! My engagement ring was also immediately polished was done so quickly and looked beautiful as new! Recommended!

Gezien het tarief dacht ik dat het een ingewikkelde handeling was, echt het klusje was binnen 2 minuten al geklaard. Tarief was niet inclusief het bandje zelf want die had ik al. De juwelier was totaal niet klantvriendelijk en weigerde een redelijker bedrag in rekening te brengen. Absoluut geen aanrader. Verder zoeken dus en bespaar! This jeweler charges unreasonably high prices, €25 for a watch strap replacement. Given the rate I thought it was a complicated operation, really the job was done within 2 minutes. Rate did not include the bracelet itself because I already had it. The jeweler was not customer friendly at all and refused to charge a more reasonable amount. Definitely not recommended. So keep looking and save!

S	Stefano Mattia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave one-star reviews, but I feel fully legitimated and pressured to do it this time. I brought my automatic watch to this store, as the seconds hand had fallen off place, thinking it would be an easy repair job. The repair took way more time than what I was initially told, 3 weeks instead of 3 hours. Later on, I learned that the repairman broke the watch glass while trying to open it. A new glass was ordered and the broken one replaced, at no additional charge of course. I was, however, still charged 50 euro for the intervention, which would have been fine with me had the watch been actually repaired. Instead, at closer inspection I noticed some sort of damage on the dial. On top of that, the watch wouldn't keep time any more. I then sent the watch to the factory, something I should have done from the beginning, and, after inspection, they informed that the mechanism will have to be replaced and the dial had been damaged and repainted with varnish. It follows that the Atlantis Jeweler shop owners deliberately lied to me by not telling me they had damaged the dial as well as the mechanism and yet they still charged me 50 euro. I consider this whole episode to be an extremely shady business practice, if not downright fraud. As a consequence of the misconduct of these people, I am now going to face a much heftier repair bill to replace both mechanism and dial. Don't bring your loved automatic watch to this place if you care about it.
