K	Kaptajn Kizzmizz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at dinner here last night, Friday, and my night went as following: I was showed to my table. I had to wait 10 min. before anything else happened. I didnt even get a menu card. After the 10 min. a waiter comes over to take our drinks. After she takes our drinks it's another 5 min. before she comes back with our menu card, because she I as too busy chatting with her colleagues. We get the menu cards and order. Starters arrive at a reasonable time after ordering and tastes fine. For the main dish I ordered a medium Entrecôte, but I get a rare one that was closer to still being alive than actually rare. Tonight I'm now sitting here and I'm sick because the meat apparently wasn't handled properly. Never coming back. 0/10 don't come here.

Update Sept. 2021: Cuts have been occasionally cooked incorrectly in recent months. No excuse for this, and they seemingly don't care... no compensation or adjustments offered. Only apologies. Also, after several years here -- their tap beer choices still suck. For a high-end chain one would expect real beer on tap. If they want to be a wine aficionado's club... they missed that mark, too.
A	Adrian Munro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate here on the 23rd of June. Staff was friendly and nice to enjoy a bustling ambience post lockdown. Unfortunately the food was less satisfactory: Ordered the Chateau Briand (for two). We asked for it to be cooked medium/rare but what was served was a non CB shaped piece (much more like and end piece cut) and was overcooked - especially where the piece was less thick. A mediocre taste with a rubber consistency isn't what you expect for a 70 euro piece of meat. (The added photo doesn't clearly depict the thin part of the meat on the far end) Disappointed; we did prove clear feedback but they didn't offer any kind of resolution or alternative. The other 4 of our group had different orders that were ok but ours was especially disappointing. To end on a positive I'd reiterate that the staff was quite friendly!

But after a full evening of good food, spending on a 3 course meal, drinks and bottles... a shot on the house was to much to ask for. What started as fun when paying the bill turned out to be the partybreaker of the evening. No kudos for the management, sorry to say. Think we need to focus different for an evening of fun

Chese cake is weird, mixed with orange, I guess an acquired taste. Fast friendly service, but no english menu, the staff are happy to translate though, they speak excellent English.
L	Leanne De Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best steak I’ve had in the Netherlands so far. Ordered the tomahawk steak and it was cooked to perfection. The sides were a bit of a let down. The fries were cold and unseasoned. The coleslaw was just ok and the chimmichuri could have also used some seasoning as well. The steak tartare was also a good starter. Service was good and also it was my first time having a good aperol spritz in the Netherlands. Will definitely come back!
