Kookhuis, keukens en inbouwapparatuur - Diepen 25

Mooie showroom, personeel weet goed wat er mogelijk en handig is.

De keuken is mooi dat wel maar de service na de opleverng is 0'0 als je belt voor onvolkomenheden zegt men er gaat aan gwerkt worden. Daarna hoor en zie je niets meer van het kookhuis,vind ik zeer onbeschoft.

Het had even tijd nodig maar uiteindelijk wel met goede service een complete keuken netjes afgeleverd en goed geïnstalleerd. Kookhuis reageert vlot.

Mooie zaak met een groot aanbod aan kwaliteit keukens en apparatuur. Aardige medewerkers die gedegen en persoonlijk advies geven. We zijn ook zeer tevreden over de monteurs en de afwerking van de keuken.

De weg naar toe was niet makkelijk en lang, vooral door vele problemen met leveringen van de apparatuur, daarna wachten op levering van de vervanging voor de beschadigde deurtjes, maar uiteindelijk is het goed gekomen, alles is netjes opgelost en er is een kwaliteit controle geweest door Jan (volgens mij de beste monteur die daar rond loopt). Naar mijn mening is Kookhuis de betrouwbare keukenzaak.

Een absolute aanrader! Vanaf het begin was het duidelijk dat Kookhuis (Astrid) er alles aan wilde doen om ons de juiste opties te tonen waar andere keukenzaken vooral te weinig / te veel willen laten zien. Ik heb ervaren dat mijn input ook serieus wordt genomen, ook dit gebeurt niet bij andere keukenzaken. Zelf heb ik ervaringen met twee keukenzaken in Duitsland en heb ik de afgelopen maanden minstens 5 keukenzaken intensief gesproken in Nederland. Omdat wij de keuken een belangrijke plek vinden in ons huis heb ik hier veel tijd in gestoken en ik kan oprecht zeggen dat Kookhuis de keukenzaak is waar je heen moet als je goed geholpen wil worden zonder de absolute hoofdprijs te betalen. Alles verloopt transparant. En aan iedereen die één van de Mandemakers (DMG) of Siematic-keukenzaken overweegt: De keukenmerken die Kookhuis aanbiedt, geven je veel originelere opties dan al dat standaard aanbod. Uiteindelijk zijn het dezelfde apparaten, keukenbladen en kranen. Woon je op minder dan 40 min. van Amsterdam Westpoort? Rijd dan naar Kookhuis!

Kookhuis!! Where do I start from. Being an expat having a kitchen-of-dreams is kinda a dream in itself. Our dream kitchen was more than just an area which I would use to prepare meals rather it was something we wanted to connect to in our daily lives. We wanted to give it a unique-personalized shape. We wanted a curved-open kitchen-plus-bar representing the letter S which also would be the main living area attraction. Why am I sharing this information? Well obviously to emphasize how important, exclusive-yet-economical solution we were looking for. We made a draft sketch and contacted various individual carpenters and kitchen-fabricators across borders (UK, Belgium, Germany to name a few) who could make our budget-friendly dream kitchen. It was like a dead-end for our dream . Finally, I stumbled over kookhuis. They (specially Pieter), for the first time sketched a drawing from my draft that resembled what we wanted. From then on, it was a series of mail-exchanges, telephonic conversations, meetings, visits, etc. Astrid from kookhuis became like a part of our world. .. Contd (1/2)

Every detail was taken care, every question (no matter how many times you ask) was answered with a smile and positivity. Always available, transparent and open Customer-Satisfaction: Although it was business, but it never felt like one. It’s amazing to see their job ownership. Kookhuis walked the extra mile for us, specially Astrid. She is best..I remember a small incident when the fabricator for the counter top could not get the S-letter curved properly. We exchanged so many sketches, and still something was lacking. Astrid searched really hard for us and finally found a fabricator who agreed to attempt it. Communication: Kookhuis maintained an open communication all through the process. They, together with us made note of minor details and also provided suggestions wherever needed. Another small incident, I wanted a create a foldable worktop to be used for emergency purposes. My idea was to hang something from the wall. They suggested a foldable drawer!! So that it could go well with the aesthetics. Thanks Pieter!! Installation: Finally, the flamboyant, energetic and detail-oriented installer Jan. He ensured everything has been installed correctly and more importantly perfectly to the best of his knowledge. Flexibility: It was during corona lockdown that I started talking to kookhuis. Their flexibility is commendable. Whatsapp, teams, skype… they adjusted as per my feasibility. Also we ran into a time crunch due to our flooring getting delayed. Although it was hard still Kookhuis tried their best to accommodate us and offer us another schedule (although finally we didn’t have to reschedule!!). Additionally I still remember my cooktop color selection… again thanks Astrid.. girl u helped us!! I still remember we lost the sample and it took us atleast 45 min to find the right shade again!! Ha ha ha. Helping nature: Definitely it’s a business and not a charity!! But the motive matters. After getting into a business with them, our take is that to Kookhuis quality, customer happiness and realization of customer dreams hold higher value than getting the customer boarded. We had some approximately 10 - 15 drafts before finalizing. Kookhuis handheld us to the last moment. We never felt forced to sign a deal. Adaptability: Well, I speak beetje Nederlands!! It was quite a language class for Astrid and myself. There were times when we didn’t understand each other.. absolutely!! But then google helped us. Kookhuis adapted so well considering that I am an expat who speaks English. Thanks for being so adapting. Friendliness: Well, as we have decided, we will open the bottle of Champaign once we get the final S-top installed. But I have found not just my kitchen.. but also met some nice people and made some nice friends. It took time.. no doubt.. but it is worth the time. Kookhuis definitely went the extra mile. We would recommend kookhuis to everyone looking for a dream-economical-kitchen because they not just attempted to convert our complicated design on paper into a reality… but also make it better, sustainable and give us a sweet memory for life.
