★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is zero level, very rude stuffs on the phone and unprofessional customer service.
I bought a very expensive kitchen from them ( Westport Amsterdam) and I had such a bad experience with them.
First the kitchen didn’t deliver on the fixed date and I already took day off from my work.
Second they didn’t deliver the extractor hood with kitchen and which came 1- week later. I already hired craftsman for wall tiles and I had to cancel it because I couldn’t place the wall titles without placing the extractor hood first. And of course I paid 15% compensation for cancellation.
P.S the kitchen is not good quality made in China and remote control for light is not working!
Worst customer service and worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year we bought a Mano kitchen with a island (3 meters)! The intake/design went really well! The Team took time to listen to our wishes and think along with our needs and gave some good advises !
As per delivery ON SCHEDULE by friendly Installer.
The only strange thing in A'dam, is the parking fee which has to be paid by the client during installation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super friendly, kind, charming, helpful when it was time to sell the kitchen. But after the deal was sealed, the attitude of the seller went complelty opposit. The seller was angry on the phone to my partner and putting fully the blame on us for a misunderstanding. We asked to talk to the director because we could not believe what we were experiencing. The director backed up the seller saying that he never had a bad feed back from customers with this seller. That was implying that the problem could only come from our side. We just could not believe what was happening. We are happy with the kitchen itself, but very unhappy with te service !
