About Koops Makelaardij Leiden

U geeft dan alle activiteiten die bij verhuur aan de orde zijn uit handen, zodat u zorgeloos kunt genieten van uw onroerend goed. Onze beheerafdeling heeft een groeiende vastgoedportefeuille, jaarlijks sluiten ca. honderd nieuwe verhuurders zich aan. Koops Vastgoedbeheer is aangesloten bij branchevereniging VGM (Vastgoed Management Nederland). Always fast to respond via email and calls, always with professional and clear communication. They sent us very detailed pictures and a thorough video walkthrough of the entire property and were clear about any deadlines for submitting our intent and documents. They even helped us out with a moving box that was delivered too early! Upon arriving in Leiden, Kevin met us in person for the key handover. They had already prepared all documents and taken all photos and videos to document the handover state of the property. We did a thorough walkthrough together where they explained everything (appliances, trash system, etc.) and answered all our questions. The cherry on top of the icing was that they set us up with another service that arranged all internet, electricity, gas, and water contracts in English to very fair prices. 5/5 stars, will always recommend Koops as happy tenants!

A big plus is that they help you arrange utilities and that there are no hidden costs (that was really surprising). Hope that everything will go just as well going forward.

Kevin and Anne Fleur helped me a lot with all the necessary arrangements for the deal, including photos, video-tour, administrative issues, utilities... I cannot complain about anything.
I am in particular extremely thankful because when I first contacted them for the property, all the visits were scheduled and I did not have any free slot to see it. The very moment a spot became free, I received a call from them and the process began. Finally, that turned out to be my new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completely recommend Koops Maakelardij Leiden. I have recently moved from abroad and Kevin has solved every doubt I have had. The communication has been very good. They did a live video tour so I could see the flat and ask live while he showed the flat, and everything was as expected.
The day we moved in, his colleague Anne Fleur came and did pretty well job by taking pictures at the whole flat to do a report with the check-in conditions. This is a plus for me.
They are very sympathetic and couldn’t have chosen other better agency in town!
If needed, I will repeat!
