★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telefoon 2 weken geleden besteld niet binnen. Moet ik zelf naar de winkel komen om m op te halen. Hoor je in de winkel dat ie niet meer op voorraad is en zeer waarschijnlijk ook niet meer op voorraad komt. Verschrikkelijke medewerkers in de winkel zelf die je dan telefoons proberen aan te smeren wat 2x zo duur is als die wat ik heb besteld. Nog niet eens 1 ster waard.
phone ordered 2 weeks ago not received. Do I have to come to the store to pick it up myself? Do you hear in the store that it is no longer in stock and most likely will no longer be in stock. Terrible employees in the store themselves who then try to sell you phones which are twice as expensive as the one I ordered. Not even worth 1 star.

Two weeks ago i came to Enschede KPN to order WiFi internet, because i have a lot of online lesssons so i needed it as soon as possible, i explained it to women who worked there. She said "no problem we can do it maximum in one week". AFTER TWO WEEKS i got letter, I have already begun to joy and imagine how i will use internet, but when i translated a mail, there was wrote that my order was canceled because there is no wires connected to my home, and if i want to get wifi, you can pay for earthwork to builders, crazyyy.... I mean my internet cost was 30 eur per month. I dont fcnkg no how much does it cost to dig up the asphalt and put wires.
My review 1000000/10, best service!!!
