โ โ โ โ โ Af en toe is het toch verstandiger om de winkel te bezoeken dan met een verkoopafdeling te bellen die alleen maar scriptjes kunnen lezen en niet luisteren naar de vragen en wensen van de klant 5* voor de jongen in de winkel -3* voor de jongen aan de telefoon

โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional. They refuse to help with Vodafone related problems if you're not a direct customer of their specific shop. A friend was also refused help when canceling his subscription, because he suddenly "wasn't a customer anymore".

โ โ โ โ โ Sold us holiday Sims at 25 euro per piece when we had said we had moved here. We even asked how to top up the next month and the staff member told us we could come in store. What he didn't tell us was that the bundle only lasted 2 weeks and that even if you do top up you get no data allowance at all and the service takes all 30 euro of the credit you put in. Shocking stuff
