S	Svetla Krasteva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De personelen is niet goed. Ze schreeuwen altijd tegen de klanten. Wat vervelend. Niet meer in deze winkel. The staff is not good. They are always yelling at the customers. How annoying. Not in this store anymore.
F	Freek Koning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleidende communicatie in de winkel! In de winkel liggen in één bepaald schap producten die hetzelfde zijn, maar met een klein verschil. Onder het schap staat een bordje met de prijs. Maar als ik wil afrekenen blijkt dat dit product 4x zo duur is als er op het bordje staat! Als ik aan de fililaalleider vertel dat ik het voor de prijs wil hebben die staat aangegeven bij het schap, krijg ik slechts te horen dat dat niet kan. Ik had beter moeten kijken, want de lage prijs gold alleen voor een gedeelte van deze producten. Welke dat zijn, was van het product niet af te leiden. Dat vind ik misleidend. Een klant mag er redelijkerwijs vanuit gaan dat producten die er bijna hetzelfde uitzien en in hetzelfde schap liggen, dezelfde (lage) prijs hebben. Normaliter zou een winkel de klant gelijk moeten geven en het product voor de lage prijs moeten meegeven, maar ze stuurde me weg. Wel haalde ze de producten uit het schap! Wat een aanfluiting! Misleading in-store communications! In the shop there are products on one particular shelf that are the same, but with a small difference. Under the shelf is a sign with the price. But when I want to checkout it turns out that this product is 4x as expensive as it says on the sign! When I tell the store manager that I want it for the price indicated on the shelf, I am only told that this is not possible. I should have taken a closer look, because the low price only applied to some of these products. It was not possible to deduce from the product what they are. I find that misleading. A customer can reasonably assume that products that look almost the same and are on the same shelf have the same (low) price. Normally, a shop should agree with the customer and give the product for the low price, but they sent me away. She did remove the products from the shelf! What a mockery!
O	Owen O’Brien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De locatie van deze winkel is centraal en het assortiment is breed. Veel aanbiedingen en acties. Niet altijd genoeg personeel waardoor lang wachten noodzakelijk is. Het filiaal heeft geen zelfscanners zoals bijvoorbeeld de Eto’s even verderop in de straat. De leidinggevende is overigens behulpzaam. The location of this store is central and the range is wide. Many offers and promotions. Not always enough staff making a long wait necessary. The branch does not have self-scanners such as the Eto's just down the street. The manager is also helpful.
V	Vit Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The cashier lady charged extra money out of mistake. I bought only 1 item but she charged it 2. 5 minutes later, I went back to make a complaint but it was closed, and although there were people in there, they refused to let us in. I had to wait the next day to come back and ask them to refund the money because THEY MADE A MISTAKE. The STAFF was full of ATTITUDE, and NO APOLOGY was made. Kruidvat should start hiring more educated personnel or at least give them a proper training on customer service ??

E	Elaine L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kruidvat is everywhere, and this one is not too bad for a Kruidvat shop. The customer service is pretty good, and the assortment is big. They had what I needed, so I'm glad I visited this particular shop! Always lots of bargains!
