Wel zijn de gangpaden wat krap en kloppen de uitgestalde producten qua presentatie niet.
Hoge rekken en producten staan voorop waardoor het nog rommeliger en krapper oogt...

Winkelservice was goed maar bedrijf dat laminaat legt ver beneden peil en gaan gewoon weg als ze er geen zin in hebben de dag van afspraak. Toen zelf bedrijf moeten regelen die dezelfde nog kwam om niet hele planning in nieuw huis in de soep te laten lopen. Dik voor moeten betalen.
Klacht ingediend en doen ze niks mee.Bij klachtenregeling op hun site staat binnen 2 dagen reactie. Maar niks gehoord....Ook niet over klacht over de klacht.
Ik laat het hier niet bij zitten.
Dus voor degene die laminaat bestelt bij kwantum. Regel zelf iemand en niet de service die zij aanbieden.
Nog beter dan ook om alles ergens anders te kopen en te laten leggen.
Very bad experience.
Shop service was good but company that puts laminate far below standard and just leave if they don't feel like it the day of the appointment. Then they had to arrange the same company themselves in order not to let the entire planning in a new house go wrong. Have to pay a lot for.
Complaint filed and they do nothing. The complaints procedure on their site will be answered within 2 days. But heard nothing .... Not even about a complaint about the complaint.
I'm not going to let it sit here.
So for those who order laminate from quantum. Arrange someone yourself and not the service they offer.
Even better than to buy everything and have it installed elsewhere.

β β β β β Kocht vandaag voor β¬160 aan servies. Allemaal verschillende maten borden e.d. Toen ik vroeg of er wellicht een doos ergens gepakt kon worden zodat ik het servies heel thuis kon krijgen. Was het antwoord nee en moest ik maar uitzoeken ze hoe ik het meekreeg. Het meisje achter de kassa was stug en wilde niet meedenken. Verhuisdoos uit de winkel gepakt a β¬1,80 . Dus klantvriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken.
Bought today for β¬ 160 worth of tableware. All different sizes of plates, etc. When I asked if a box could be packed somewhere so that I could get the crockery completely home. Was the answer no and I just had to find out how I got it. The girl behind the register was stiff and didn't want to think along. Moving box taken from the store for β¬1.80. So customer-friendliness was hard to find.
