β β β β β Echt de slechtste zaak ooit. Bank die we binnen kregen was zeker niet dezelfde als die we besteld hadden. Er zaten ook nog 3 fouten in. Flink moeten zeuren voordat ze hem ophaalde. Na een hoop ellende binnen moeten stormen met een grote mond om mn geld terug te krijgen. De man in pak was ineens stomdoof geworden en wees met zijn vingers naar het meisje achter de balie. En nog niet eens een excuses gehoord. Ik ga hier nooit meer terug.
 Really the worst thing ever. Sofa that we received was certainly not the same as the one we ordered. There were also 3 errors. Had to whine a lot before she picked him up. After a lot of misery, I had to storm in with a big mouth to get my money back. The man in a suit had suddenly gone dumb and pointed his fingers at the girl behind the counter. And haven't even heard an apology. I will never go back here.

β β β β β Voor mij de eerste keer dat ik bij een Seats and Sofa's ben geweest, omdat ik niet zo'n hoge pet op had van deze keten. Maar ik had het mis. In Uden werkt zeer vriendelijk personeel, dat goede hulp verleent bij het uitzoeken van een, in mijn geval fauteuil. en iets gevonden naar mijn zin. Dus een aanrader.
For me the first time I've been to a Seats and Sofa's, because I didn't think so much of this chain. But I was wrong. Very friendly staff works in Uden, who provide good assistance in choosing an armchair, in my case. and found something to my liking. So highly recommended.

β β β β β Leuke winkel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Ook zeer behulpzaam. We kwamen als eerste die dag binnen. Doordat iemand met een afspraak niet was komen opdagen kregen wij de korting die eigenlijk voor die mensen was. Heel super.
De winkel was makkelijk te vinden. Er is een grote parkeerplaats aanwezig zodat je altijd in de buurt kunt parkeren. Ook goed berijkbaar voor minder valide mensen.
Nice shop with very friendly staff. Also very helpful. We came in first that day. Because someone with an appointment did not show up, we got the discount that was actually for those people. Very great.
The store was easy to find. There is a large parking lot available so you can always park nearby. Also easily accessible for disabled people.

A sofa I bought had to be delivered up to 12 weeks, more than 16 weeks have passed! at the store, no one knows what to tell me- where is the sofa and when it will arrive. They are not willing to pay compensation for the delay!

β β β β β I had a bad experience with it , i called them to asked them for promotion for sofa seats they are advertising on the site Ψ The man who pick up the phone confirmed to me yes Is the full set and give me the appointment to check it Ψ but when I went there, another seller said it's per piece not the whole we are sorry , i told him you have to change your promotion either to change your customer service on the phone because he confirmed to me with wrong information. It's a very baf experience.
