★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte klantenservice en je moet maanden wachten op gordijnen. Vraag mij af of deze gordijnen ooit weer gaan komen dus de hele boel maar geannuleerd. Kortom koop geen gordijnen bij Kwantum!
Bad customer service and you have to wait months for curtains. Wonder if these curtains will ever come back so the whole thing canceled. In short, do not buy curtains at Kwantum!

Ik ben niet zo blij. Vandaag tapijt gekocht voor een slaapkamer van 4,04 meter bij 4,70 meter. Ging op zich best prima, maar nu kwam ik thuis en voerde ik dezelfde gegevens in op de kwantum site en blijkt dat ze mij bijna 35% meer aan tapijt hebben verkocht dan nodig is... en dat is meer dan 200 euro met de prijs die ik zou moeten betalen (de prijs per meter online en in de winkel zijn gelijk).
Ze hebben mij 8,3 meter aan tapijt verkocht terwijl 5,3 voldoende was volgens jullie reken tool.... Ik ben een kluskluns en ga uit van jullie advies van wat ik nodig heb. Ik heb alleen nog maar op tapijt gelopen en nooit gelegd vandaar dat ik gebruik heb gemaakt van de gratis leg service... maar nu ben ik er niet zo positief meer over.
Nu staat er in het contract dat je alleen op die dag van aankoop de aankoop nog kan veranderen en de winkel is open tot 6 uur... dus ik bel naar de winkel om 5.15 en krijg te horen dat ik alleen tijdens openingstijden kan bellen ... jullie zijn nog open.
Dus bel ik nog een keer voor de algemene klantenservice en krijg ik te horen dat ze om half 6 gesloten zijn en me niet kunnen helpen. Nu is het 5.20pm...
Dus 200 euro meer aan tapijt dan noodzakelijk. Kan geen contact krijgen met Kwantum terwijl jullie zeggen dat jullie open zijn. Veel stress en nog geen oplossing.
Update: they explained it nicely to me, which is why the 200 euro price difference comes. It is calculated differently by their system than online. They refunded the money and I am now going to buy it online myself. I'm happy again

I'm not so happy. Bought carpet today for a bedroom of 4.04 meters by 4.70 meters. Went fine in itself, but now I came home and entered the same data on the quantum site and it turns out that they sold me almost 35% more carpet than necessary... and that's over 200 euros with the price which I would have to pay (the price per meter online and in the store are the same).
They sold me 8.3 meters of carpet while 5.3 was sufficient according to your calculation tool.... I am a handyman and rely on your advice of what I need. I've only walked on carpet and never laid that's why I used the free laying service... but now I'm not so positive about it anymore.
Now the contract says that you can only change the purchase on that day of purchase and the store is open until 6am... so I call the store at 5.15am and am told I can only call during opening hours. .. you are still open.
So I call again for general customer service and am told that they are closed at 4:30 am and cannot help me. Now it's 5.20pm...
So 200 euros more on carpet than necessary. Can't get in touch with Quantum while you say you are open. A lot of stress and no solution yet.

But I did get things I didn't know I needed so I enjoyed the shop . Friendly staff who were able to help me quickly and knew the answers to all my questions.
Would recommend going here even just to check the place out.
