Excellent and professional customer service from Lizzi(Elizabeth).she introduced all the wonderful things you had to offer, from a very relaxing hydro bed, a super facial, from Kelly..the wonderful products, the mind space upstairs, and my fabulous bath robe. I had an 2.5 hr experience, tea and coffee,msuper clean rest rooms, and fantastic experience. I came out from their feeling fantastic. Bug thanks for your wonderful staff, please come to London. Best shop I've experienced in Amsterda,. Fantasic products. Thanks

There is place for rest near by where you can get some snacks and drinks after visiting store. Nice and friendly service I like that. Definitely I will visit again that store in my next arrival in Amsterdam ?

S	Shahin Shahkarami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is beautifully decorated and let you immerse yourself in Ritual products. You can see a more variety of items in this store which I’ve never seen in other ritual shops. They also have a restaurant and some Spa which due to Covid it was closed.

The beautiful decor, the knowledgeable staff, the amount of smells and products to try and the sheer quantity of curiosities that can be seen are interesting enough to spend an half hour here. Multiple levels of different shop experience, with the top ones being dedicated to the spa. There's also a classy cafe at the entrance.

I also tried the mind spa and it was a very unique experience and it’s a must since u don’t find it a lot around the world. The facial was good too. Booking the spa in advance would be a good idea.
