★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After paying floor and installation, they come to my house and due to one corner on the kitchen not being completely flat, they refuse installation. Furthermore, they proceed to retain 544 euros due to cancellation services on their side. Installation is done outsourced, therefore dont expect any responsability on their side. They have left me with no floor, and no money. Customer service is so poor also, dont expect any help other than being told : this is not our problem".
oh and if you live in an aparment, you will need to carry all the floors and materials yourself upstairs, they dont do it.
Disappointment is an understatement here

In Laminaat Plaza apart from the competitive price for the floor, we got one of the best underfloors suitable for underfloor heating in a great price as well. The employees are very friendly and real professionals. They gave us many advices and they guided us in order to make the right choice. I would definitely recommend to everybody that is searching for laminate to visit and trust Laminaat Plaza. We are really happy with our purchase and with the way that we have been treated as customers!

1. Good customer service and commit to meet customers' needs !
2. Delivery on-time
Negative: Poor communication
1. We paid for installation. And the workers promised to come back to repair few laminate making lots of noise. But didn’t reach out on the date and never call ...
2. After making contact with the shop owner, he is indeed helping. The worker came back to fix it. However, we didn’t reach the agreement to resolve the issue after 20 minutes of arguing : Few PVC floors in the kitchen were not clicked well and it makes annoying noise.
WHY I believe it can be resolved:
1. Only couple of m2 out of 91m2 has such issues. If it was caused by underneath concrete floor, there shall be other noisy places.
2. It’s less than a mm gap. That is exactly the reason why we bought and put underlying material below PVC. I THINK it is just not done well in that kitchen.

Good prize and quality.
Staff is always willing to help and advise and not pushing you towards anything at all.
Professional attitude of both store employees and the person who lays the floor.
We were quite in a hurry so Mr Vish (sorry if i spell it incorrectly) came on Saturday to finish the last 7-8m2 of PVC fishbone style with edge and black line.
We would recommend everyone to go there.
