★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and employees are not trained and give inappropriate advice. Website indicated 4 in stock but was told in store it's in the back and they would not have time to go look. To add insult to injury they suggested an alternative product which 'should be ok, if you only need to drill one hole', a product not designed for the type of work, wearing down the product several times faster than normal and also require significantly more time to perform the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful and rude, no ignorant, staff if you can find them at all. The staff have little to no knowledge of the products they sell and even then can't be bothered to help.
The products are of inferior quality, generally.
I would not go here out of choice.

Since a couple of weeks they put in place a “open all boxes” policy and a guard who follows you everywhere
That’s perfect to kill your shopping experience!!
If you look a bit “not Dutch” avoid this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it is me, but i feel like the security person follows me each time i visit this store. it can very well be because i dont look like a Dutch. Usually it is very hard to find a person to ask a question. Definately not my fav store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a mess. Stocks indicated online are not true, when you go to the store after checking online and it tells you stock 5, they tell you they have -2 in store. Pallets in all the rows, impossible to use a cart in the store.
