Aangezien deze firma pas weer 19 januari (wellicht) bereikbaar is stoppen we maar. Geen klantgevoel, geen interactie voor even een belletje of e-mailtje. Ik ga verder met een firma die dit wel heeft. Prijs was prima, hun opvolging en verkrijgen van een sample was allemaal goed geregeld. De stoffeerder, Patrick bij ons, heeft de "plak" PVC bijzonder strak in visgraat met band rondom gelegd. Geen lage plintjes meer nodig met zijn afwerking langs de trap. Alles conform afspraak. Bedankt het ziet er top uit Excellent service, adjusting the order up or down is no problem. Verkoper reageert niet op telefoontjes, terugbelverzoeken en aanschrijven jurist. Kost nu ruim twee en een half jaar een hoop tijd en energie. Toevoeging op reactie 1,5 week terug: Jammer dat ook nu t balletje bij mij gelegd wordt. T onderzoek door Muboma een jaar terug zal u toch niet vergeten zijn. Evenals alle terugbelverzoeken van de lente en zomer, bezoeken aan de winkel en correspondentie met jurist.
