Er is bijna geen voorraad maar dat is wel snel geleverd aan huis. Blij met de aankopen. De lichtbron wordt nog vervangen door grote gloeilampen, deze winkel had enkel LED. De gloeilampen heb ik in duitsland kunnen bestellen. Arranged quickly because I had already made my choice on the website. Then it is just a look in the showroom and the items are ordered and delivered. There is almost no stock, but it is delivered quickly to your home. Happy with the purchases. The light source is still being replaced by large light bulbs, this shop only had LED. I was able to order the light bulbs in Germany.

Nam alle tijd, niets was teveel (kap op diverse vloerlampen geplaatst) , onwijs vriendelijk, meedenkend a.d.h.v. foto's woonkamer. Dina heeft echt oog voor detail en styling. @Lampenlicht, serieus ik ken Dina niet persoonlijk en kan daarom oprecht zeggen; een goud visitekaartje voor jullie winkel. ? bedankt Dina❣ Visited the store to see a Granny lampshade and especially how the combination would be with a floor lamp at home. Topperdetoppie advised by Dina. Took all the time, nothing was too much (shade placed on various floor lamps), very friendly, thinking along with you. photos living room. Dina has a real eye for detail and styling. @Lampenlicht, seriously I don't know Dina personally and can therefore honestly say; a gold business card for your store. ? thank you Dina❣
f	fred on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slecht, buitenlamp uitgezocht op de website. Volgens de website op voorraad in Eindhoven. Wilde de lamp snel hebben dus 8 km met de auto naar de winkel...geen lamp hebben helemaal geen voorraad! Dus dan maar besteld en betaald. Na 3 dagen echter nog steeds geen lamp of zelfs maar een bevestiging per email. De klantenservice gebeld, konden bestel nummer niet vinden in de computer. Moest nog maar een weekje wachten kan vaker voor dat bestelling bleef hangen! Very bad, outdoor lamp selected on the website. According to the website in stock in Eindhoven. Wanted the lamp quickly so 8 km by car to the store ... no lamp have no stock at all! So just ordered and paid. After 3 days, however, still no lamp or even a confirmation by email. Called customer service, could not find order number in computer. Only had to wait a week, can be more often before that order stuck!

A	Ashwin Upadhyaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a few lamps. Even after 3 weeks, I have not received my full order. They did not inform me that the items were out of stock when I ordered. A week later, when I called, they said it'll arrive within another week. When it didn't come, I had to call again to ask them to send at least part of my order. The last part of the order, I am still waiting! And they do not provide any updates. So good luck buying with them.

I placed an order in September, they mentioned they would deliver in end of Oct., but lamps never arrived. I called two times, they replied lamps were in stock, they would deliver soon. after two weeks I still not received...Then I went to the shop directly, they saw lamps were in stock but couldn't reach to the warehouse for the status. What a weird situation, I asked for refund but still no money return. Who knows how long I even have to wait for the return of my purchase amount!!?? Go somewhere else if you want to receive lamps quickly and been treated nicely. [UPDATE on Nov. 11, 2021] The shop has returned the purchase amount and replied to the review. Thanks for the owner's assistance.
