The original blinds placed by Tapijtcentrum were faulty.Mrs.Gultac managed to save the situation and provided us with an excellent service where the new blinds will be made for us.

Came to Tapijtcentrum today! Fantastic place with a great collection of curtains and carpets, very cheerful and helpful staff. Cheers!

Last weekend we went to this store. When we came in the employee was friendly and we looked into the shop. After a couple of minutes a woman asked us if she could help. I told her where I was looking for. The reaction what she gave me: "oh you have many demands." She showed a few carpets and I wanted to buy one but when I told her that I just needed the carpet and I'm going to do fix it by myself and I didn't needed someone to fix it at my place. She was very arrogant and angry. She told us that we had to buy a lot of meters because we couldn't get it smaller. I lefted the shop furious because she treated me like that. I'm never coming to this shop anymore.

Very knowledgeable and friendly personnel who can help you select good carpets and curtains. Also they make a good price and have lot of variety and flexibility to meet your needs.

Worst experience of my life - I was at tapijtcentrum few weeks back to purchase some laminaat and installation services. Within a few minutes of being there, we already had a sales person helping out picking up the laminaat and calculating the laying down costs with area provided and we initially had a really good feeling about this. In like 15 minutes we had already calculated the costs which came be around 1700 euros. This was a good price for us as we had a rough idea of the price and this was even less than that. We took the calculations and were almost about to place an order when on my wife's request, it was decided to enquire at a couple of other places too. We enquired there and were quoted the price of around 2600 euros at both places which was higher than tapijtcentrum but the sales guys at these other stores asked a lot more questions and even sat down with us to see the photos of the place where installation was to be done. I was a bit curious about tapijtcentrum now as they still had the lowest price, so we decided to go back to them and ask some questions and this is when we opened Pandora's box, their estimate was quickly revised up to 4600 euros and we were told that - "we will need a better ondervloer which is higher price". Our verdict - The sales people at tapijtcentrum are helpful but lack domain knowledge. Also, MAYBE they tried to attract us with a lower price offer & later revised it but I do not have a solid proof of that. We finally chose another store and got the flooring done at 2300 euros.

Last Monday we visited Ekkersrijt cause we needed some advice for our new home. The people were so kind and helpful. They were very patience and helped! Very good and nice and professional people! If you need anything for your house go to Ekkersrijt!!
