★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie plek om te wandelen, romantische door de bedstee van beukenhaag is prachtig, je kan hier de bossen verkennen of aan de kant van Oosterbeek de weg oversteken de prachtig zonnebloem velden bewonderen.
Beautiful place for walking, romantic through the box bed of beech hedge is beautiful, you can explore the woods here or cross the road on the side of Oosterbeek to admire the beautiful sunflower fields.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landgoed Mariëndaal is mijn favoriete bos van de omgeving, vanwege de oude bomen, de heuvels, maar vooral het water. In de herfst ga ik hier altijd heen om de vele paddenstoelen te bekijken. Ook zijn er veel honden die los mogen en met elkaar spelen. De enige nadelen voor mij zijn dat het niet heel groot is (meestal ben ik 1-1,5 uur aan het wandelen) maar je zou eventueel wel door kunnen lopen naar andere landgoederen, en dat er heuvels en moeilijk begaanbare paden (veel kuilen, bladeren, heuvels en wortels en weinig verharde paden) zijn voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
Landgoed Mariendaal is my favorite forest in the area, because of the old trees, the hills, but especially the water. In the fall I always go here to see the many mushrooms. There are also many dogs that are allowed to run loose and play with each other. The only drawbacks for me are that it is not very big (usually I am walking 1-1.5 hours) but you could possibly continue to other estates, and that there are hills and difficult paths (many potholes, leaves, hills and roots and little paved paths) are for people with walking difficulties.
