★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. My package shouldve been delivered the next day but after waiting a week they still havent even shipped towards the postnl service! Not picking up calls and when they do(after waiting for an hour) they say they call me back. They never did.... never gonna shop here again and I advise you to do the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had a really bad experience with Klantenservice from Leen Bakker. :(
Previously I bought a lot of stuff for my house, and just recently bought a couch and bed. Their salesperson gave me a discount to use for the subsequent purchase I planned to do. “The friend’s discount” (Vriendenkorting 15% valid until Sunday).
I came home and made an order online same day on Sunday, but the website didn’t provide the way to fill in any discount code.
I wrote an email to Leen Bakker with the order code and discount problem, no response Monday - Thursday.
I called them today, after 30 minutes of waiting a lady picked up, then redirected me to another man, who redirected me to his supervisor.
The supervisor was irritated straightaway. He said the discount wasn’t working anymore. I said that that wasn’t my problem (meaning it wasn’t caused by me). He insisted it was my problem, not his problem, because I was the one with a non-working discount and not him, explaining it in a very rude way with high voice. He didn't even tried to understand what happened, I felt he just wanted to get rid of me. After some further talking, he agreed that the problem was caused by wrong information provided by Leen Bakker staff and said that I needed to come in person to get the discount applied (seriously? in the COVID quarantine times?).
I wanted to make several other purchases from Leen Bakker, but after this Klantenservice experience, I feel I don’t want any discounts anymore, don’t want to go to Leen Bakker.
Leen Bakker should take Customer Support seriously.
This experience was unacceptable!

We needed something waterproof and easy to remove since it’s a short term rental and we found exactly what we wanted here. The shop is extremely friendly and they have many beautiful flooring options and furniture as well! Their delivery/installation team were extremely professional al and provided many useful tips. Even when I had questions afterwards the staff was so friendly and kind and helpful! I’m glad with our purchase and investment in having everything installed. Looks great!
