About Konfor Home Amsterdam
Het assortiment die wij aanbieden is zeer ruim, van bankstellen tot bedden, verlichting, tafels, decoratie en zelfs laminaat. Daarboven op hebben wij meer dan genoeg keuzes als het gaat om afwerking en kleur van uw interieur, banken kunnen op maat en in elke gewenste stof of materiaal gemaakt worden. De favoriete modellen zijn afkomstig uit België, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Italië en Turkije.
Konfor Home heeft vestigingen in verschillende Europese landen. De eerste vestiging in Nederland is geopend in 2016 in Rijswijk, voor deze locatie is bewust gekozen omdat deze centraal in Haaglanden ligt. Niet kort daarna heeft Konfor Home zich kunnen uitbreiden met met meerdere ruime woonwinkels van maar liefst 3500m², rijk aan luxueuze interieur meubelen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hebben een bank gekocht die in de showroom stond, zag er goed uit en was in goede staat. Bij levering bleek de achterzijde los te zitten. Hebben gebeld naar de klantenservice, maar deze zijn heel erg moeilijk bereikbaar. Daarna langsgeweest en verwezen naar klantenservice. Deze email gestuurd maar je raad het al; ze kunnen niets voor ons doen. Kortom; een klote winkel met slechte service. MENSEN BLIJF HIER WEG AUB.. Geen oplossing en een bank van 2 weken oud die kapot is. Ronduit belachelijk.
We hadden echt verwacht dat men zeker na zo'n korte periode 2 weken, met een oplossing zouden komen. ( maar ze zeggen gewoon dat de voorwaarden van toepassing zijn ) Out of the box denken lukt hier zeker niet.
Winkel geen aanrader !!! Pas op met impuls aankopen.
 bought a sofa which was in the showroom, looked good and was in good condition. Upon delivery, the back was found to be loose. Have called customer service, but they are very difficult to reach. Then stopped by and referred to customer service. Sent this email but you guessed it; they can do nothing for us. In short; a shit shop with bad service. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM HERE.. No solution and a 2 week old sofa that is broken. Downright ridiculous.
We really expected that they would come up with a solution after such a short period of 2 weeks. ( but they just say that the conditions apply ) Thinking outside the box certainly does not work here.
Shop not recommended !!! Be careful with impulse purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the most unprofessional furniture company I had to deal with.
I bought furniture from their Arena boulevard store.
Originally promised to deliver in 4-6 weeks and every time I call when it's delivery time, they say 'It will take 2 weeks more'. Its been 9 weeks now and today when I called I am again told to wait 2-3 weeks more.
Most importantly, the store manager really needs lessons in customer service. He was saying 'blah blah blah' and mocking me on call when I asked him to give me some final date so I can stop calling and following up every 2 weeks.
And, obviously I don't have a choice to cancel my order and get refund of the money.
Please stay away from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the company to be very professional and customer focused. They offer very good quality and can create bespoke products which other companies did not offer. I wanted a sofa bed feature for my new sofa so they said for a little extra they could incorporate it into the design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service and too many empty promises. Ordered a couch already 12 weeks ago and still nothing! Customer care literally said they don’t know anything, so again we have to wait longer. During the purchase we were told that it will take max 8 weeks. Then over the phone we were told it would take 12 weeks max. And now again a delay! First and the last time I will order anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is really poor, the employees in the store really don't have much insights on the services. The delivery didn't go well on time. There customer service number mentioned in the website never connects to any service agent. So I have to visit to the Amsterdam store for every small issue. The delivery is promised but then the product was not delivered and for this reason I again visited to the store, the sales person at the store checked and replied the delivery was not properly placed and they gave me another date of delivery which is 5 days later than what was decided and still I am waiting for the ordered item to be delivered. There is no email no notification nothing that is traceable. The only option I am left with to again visit to the Amsterdam store and talk to the sales people to know what is the status of product delivered.
