Snel werd duidelijk dat er iets mankeerde aan de as van het gekochte uurwerk en ik kreeg een heldere uitleg wat er aan de was. De oplossing werd ook aangedragen: "Ik stuur meteen een nieuw uurwerk op." Het nieuwe uurwerk had ik de volgende dag in huis.
