★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie intern, heb een week op mijn materiaal moeten wachten terwijl de factuur direct vooraf is voldaan. Na een week heb ik zelf gebeld waar het materiaal bleef, kreeg het excuus dat het ergens is blijven hangen en dat ze het de volgende dag gaan versturen. Nu zijn we 2 dagen verder en nog geen materiaal. Ik baal hier ontzettend van, kan ik mijn planning weer aanpassen en mijn klant teleurstellen.
Bad internal communication, I had to wait a week for my equipment while the invoice was paid immediately in advance. After a week I called where the material was, got the excuse that it stuck somewhere and that they will send it the next day. Now we are 2 days further and no material yet. I am really fed up with this, I can adjust my schedule again and disappoint my customer.
