★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren langs geweest bij Wokchef, Mijn kinderen houden erg veel van Noodels. Ik moet bekennen dat het erg lekker was, alle ingrediënten kunnen naar keuze worden toegevoegd. Een goede ervaring en zeker een aanrader. Keep on the good work, ben verkocht!
 Visited yesterday at Wokchef, My children love noodles very much. I must confess that it was very tasty, all ingredients can be added at will. A good experience and definitely recommended. Keep on the good work, am sold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik dacht ik ga vandaag eens de Wokchef uitproberen. Om 19:40 uur had ik besteld en om 20:40 had ik nog niks in huis. Dus ik heb maar even een belletje gepleegd om te vragen hoe het er voor stond. Ik kreeg gelijk te horen dat het eten nog niet voorbereid was en dat het erg druk zou zijn. Toen ik de bestelling plaatste werd er gemeld dat het eten binnen 45 min binnen zou zijn. Toen ik me daar dus op beroepte vertelde meneer aan de telefoon dat dat niet kon en niet waar was. Hij bleef herhalen dat het erg druk was en dat het nog kon duren. Prima kan begrijpen dat het druk is maar meneer vond het nodig om geïrriteerd mij te woord te staan. Hij vertelde me als ik het te lang vind duren dan annuleert hij de bestelling wel even.
Ik kan je zeggen hier bestel ik dus niet meer.
En als dat alles is wat ze aan klant vriendelijkheid en oplossinge in huis hebben is dan raad ik het iedereen af om daar te bestellen.
I thought I'm going to try the Wok Chef today. I had ordered at 7:40 PM and at 8:40 PM I still had nothing at home. So I just made a call to ask how it was. I was immediately told that the food was not yet prepared and that it would be very busy. When I placed the order it was reported that the food would arrive within 45 min. So when I appealed to that, Mister told me on the phone that that was not possible and was not true. He kept repeating that it was very busy and could take longer. Can understand that it is busy but mister thought it was necessary to speak to me annoyed. He told me if I think it is taking too long then he will cancel the order.
I can tell you I don't order here anymore.
And if that is all they have in-house customer friendliness and solution, then I advise everyone not to order there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online from Uber Eats and the order never arrived. They said that the order was canceled by Uber, truth is that Uber works the same for any other restaurant and they just took more orders than what they could afford.
In the meantime they ruined my dinner, it was St Valentine and they wasted 2 hours of my time (when I called the first time, in fact, they confirmed my order).
This is a clear sign of lack of respect for the customer. I will never order something again from them. I would have understood if, they would have called me to explain the situation or if they would have told me the truth one of the 2 times I called
