Nadat ik van vrienden had gehoord dat Livable hun aan een mooie en goede woning had geholpen en dat ze ook bedrijfspanden deden nam ik contact op. Ik moet eerlijk bekennen dat het vanaf het eerste moment allemaal prima verliep. Goed advies en scherpe prijzen. Uiteindelijk namen zij een hoop werk uit handen en ik kon doen waar ik goed in ben ? Ik hoop op uitbreiding en als dat zo is is Livable te eerste die ik bel. Livable helped me find the perfect business space. After I heard from friends that Livable had helped them find a nice and good home and that they also did business premises, I contacted. I must admit that everything went fine from the first moment. Good advice and competitive prices. In the end they took a lot of work off your hands and I was able to do what I am good at ? I hope to expand and if so, Livable is the first person I call.

Hoe erg je ook in nood zit, ga niet huren bij Livable. Ze hanteren bemiddelingskosten welke niet terecht en / of legaal zijn. Ze doen niks aan woonoverlast met gevaar voor huurders. Zelfs een keer bijna iemand overleden in de lift vd Marckenburgh zo gevaarlijk was de situatie. Werd niks aan gedaan. Kijk aub het filmpje van #Boos zoeken naar Livable! Zie zelf hoe onprofessioneel de eigenaar is! Probably the positive reviews are written by own staff. What a scammers and first class scammers. No matter how bad you are in need, don't rent from Livable. They use brokerage costs that are not justified and / or legal. They do not do anything about living inconvenience with danger for tenants. f	fitteman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1,5 jaar gehuurd van ze, zeker niet slecht. Alleen helaas wel minpuntjes, mondelingen afspraken werden gemaakt, helaas hielden ze er niet aan. Ze probeerde zelfde dubbele kosten in rekening te brengen toen ik van het ene pand naar het andere pand ging. Als je ze "eindelijk" een keer te pakken krijgt. Krijg je een studentje aan de lijn die zelf ook de balle er niet van snapt.. lekker handig. Plus tussen 9uur en 12uur kan je bellen... wat een belachelijke absurde tijden. 3uurtjes de tijd om ze te bellen. Oftewel ze willen gewoon dat je hier komt huren..geld betaal en je kop houd. Toen ik hier vertrok, betaalde ze de borg even .. een paar weken te laat. #top! Zeker als je dan overgaat naar een nieuwe huurwoning. Uiteindelijk nu al een halfjaar in me nieuwe huisje (koop) En krijg ik nog ff te horen dat ik teveel heb betaald. En nog iets terug krijg. Dat zoiets niet meteen geregeld word.. je hebt tenslotte vaak met jongeren te maken, studenten. Die hebben al niet veel geld. En kunnen alles heel goed gebruiken. Heel moeilijk contact mee te krijgen en als je contact met ze hebt behandelen ze je nagenoeg onbeschoft. Krijg naberekening van servicekosten die onduidelijk zijn en ineens velen malen hoger uitvallen dan het jaar daarvoor, heel vaag en bijna corrupt allemaal. En als je ze daarop aanspreekt krijg je een hele onvriendelijke mail terug. Ook bij andere problemen zoals lekkage of muizen overlast is er vrijwel geen normaal contact te krijgen, laat staan fatsoenlijke hulp. Ook bereken ze kosten bij het afsluiten van een huur contract die ze officieel niet mogen rekenen maar betalen dat pas terug nadat er door een organisatie (betaalikteveelhuur.nl) names veel huurders contact wordt gezocht met de advocaat van Livable. Het is echt een verschrikkelijke organisatie. Kortom, ik zou het absoluut afraden om bij ze te huren! Very bad experience with Livable. Unfriendly and unprofessional company.
