Mi chiamo Eugenia Gentile e sto per iniziare un master all’Università di Maastricht.
Naturalmente mi sono dovuta attivare per cercare un alloggio e navigando su Internet ho trovato l’agenzia Living Maastricht.
Sono rimasta subito colpita perché dalle foto del sito le stanze e gli appartamenti sembravano completamente nuovi e puliti. Quindi mi sono messa in contatto con loro e devo dire che sono estremamente efficienti! Non sono solo disponibili e rispondono alle mail il giorno stesso o al massimo il giorno seguente, ma le foto che pubblicano sul sito rappresentano esattamente l’alloggio così com’è nella realtà. Questo per dirvi che, se siete un pò titubanti nel prenotare online un appartamento, con Living Maastricht andate sul sicuro perché quello che vedete in foto è esattamente come quello che avrete una volta arrivati a Maastricht.
Io sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del loro servizio e per questo motivo vi consiglio questa agenzia nel caso vi servisse una stanza o un appartamento a Maastricht!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to visit the office to make an appointment to see a rental and I met the owner Mark. He was really rude to me like he did not have time and was not helpful at all. He was talking slowly to me in English like I would not be able to understand him and he was almost laughing. I will not be going back and did not understand why he was so rude. I went to look online and now I read the reviews of this place... now it makes sense to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because zero is not possible. I've rented accomodations in several countries and this is by far the worst agency I've rented one through. They never answer the phone, they're only in the office when they feel like, they don't care about the accomodation's needs, they send the handymen whenever they feel like and not when they're needed. They don't forget to charge you the rent though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service or better to say No service. After living for 22 months I vacated an apartment rented through this agency. It is now more than 3 months since I vacated, my deposit money has not been refunded. No reason has been given for this delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only confirm what others have said: This agency is a nightmare. Initial e-mail contact was fine, even though a bit chaotic (no floor plans available etc.). We then arranged a viewing for an apartment (with a confirmation e-mail and everything, it seemed very official) and they simply did not show up. We called 3-4 times, nobody picked up. We even walked over to the office, no one was there. We then contacted them by e-mail, hoping to arrange a later viewing. No replies or excuses afterwards and no further contact... Do not recommend, trust the reviews! (We went with HousingXL in the end and they are fantastic.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is the worst!! If you have technical issues in your apartment they will never help you with it! The agent is a liar and never answering any emails. When you call him he says he will call someone for technical issues but no one ever showed since I have noticed this technical issues THREE MONTH AGO!! I’m now living in an apartment with 14 degrees and no hot water! I even tried to go to their office after waiting half an hour in front of his office, I decided to call him he told me he would come at our place to see what was the problem but he never showed up! Really don’t go with this agency or be ready to deal with a liar, unprofessional agent who besides makes you lose a lot of time and energy in trying to fix problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT rent through this agency. We have waited for over 6 months to receive our deposit back and still do not hear back from the agency after repeated calls and emails. They provide a terrible/non-existent service throughout your contract and, to finish, they won't return your money after the contract is terminated.

After suing Living Maastricht in the court of law, I finally received my deposit back. However, make no mistake, this guy still got away with it, as the owner of my apartment was forced to pay instead. In other words: Mark presumably kept the money, and the owner was forced to reimburse my deposit!!

I rented an apartment with Living Maastricht and left it in a perfect condition on July 1, 2019. However, even though I was told I would receive my deposit of €1178 swiftly, I have still not received it after more than 1 year! Mark never replies to emails, and only uses telephonic conversations to his advantage in order to confuse you and proceeds in this way in order to avoid any written proof. He promises a lot and never fulfills anything. In December 2019 he told me he had paid back my deposit, though my bank statements say otherwise to this day. We sent several letters through a bailiff which were never replied to. Therefore, I am now suing Living Maastricht! To be continued..
