★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, cozy place with healthy, delicious and fresh food and juices/smoothies. We went there for lunch and were very happy with our choices: the sweet potato soup and the quinoa salad. They also have tasty breakfast options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our 1,5 day stay in Maastricht we went to Vers twice for breakfast with two friends - one lactose and gluten intolerant, one a regular omnivore, and myself a vegan. And we were all happy with the food and friendly service! Loved their vegan breakfast combo with delicious porridge and fruit salad - on the second day even the omnivore went for it hehe :D
