β β β β β Really disorganized, I waited for more than 40 minutes, then I tried to understand what was happening, they were passing people in front of me and the receptionist was tring to organize, but in the end I went home without the service done. There were 8 customers for 5 professionals. =/

+ easy to make an appointment
+ nice location
- I didn't see staff to open new nail file (I think they use one for multiple customers, the same with an acid to remove gel)
- gel was applied unevenly
- i got an impression that everything is done in rush and staff didn't care about end result
definitely I would do it better myself

β β β β β Awful ! I never had such ugly nails. This person didn't know what she was doing at all. I don't think she ever learned the proffesion correctly. Very sloppy work, no Technic or skilln, in unsymmetrical, unclean. Each nail has a different shape.. I am very disappointed.

β β β β β I've been here once for gellak nail treatment, overall a pleasant experience, loved the color and staff was friendly enough, good price too only downside is I wanted them to last atleast 2 weeks that was the whole point, but half the nails broke within the first few days, I didn't experience this with previous gellak treatments where I also had long nails, I guess they felt a bit weak. I would come again, but only for a simple manicure/pedicure

β β β β β Not the worst gel manicure Iβve ever had but not fully satisfied. Application was messy and uneven but not so much that I need it to be redone with urgency. The lady who did my nails was lovely though.
