Verkopen een huis, tijdens onderhandelingen, ineens aan een ander op het moment dat de aankoop makelaar contact opneemt... en dat binnen 10 minuten... verbergen ze iets? Als je vraagt naar informatie over het huis, weten ze niets te vertellen. Wees gewaarschuwd! Antisocial as this so-called broker deals with potential buyers. Do they suddenly sell a house, during negotiations, to another the moment the real estate agent contacts the purchase ... and that within 10 minutes ... are they hiding something? If you ask for information about the house, they don't know what to say. Be warned!

De communicatie was open en eerlijk. Geen mooie beloftes, geen poespas maar straight to the point. Wijzigingen in afspraken werden keurig doorgegeven door collega's. Terugkoppelingen inzake bezichtigingen werden netjes doorgebeld. Ik werd altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan aan de telefoon. Kortom een prima samenwerking dat geresulteerd heeft in een snelle verkoop van onze woning. I have good experiences with Stad & Land Makelaars. I chose them because of the market knowledge and name recognition. There was a click right away! The communication was open and honest. No nice promises, no fuss but straight to the point. Changes to agreements were neatly communicated by colleagues. Feedbacks regarding viewings were called through nicely. I was always kindly answered on the phone. In short, an excellent collaboration that has resulted in a quick sale of our home.

Onzuivere koffie heb je in iedere branche ook in makelaardij ,sjoemelen en verdraaien hoort allemaal bij om te verkopen en geld te verdienen ?. Als koper of verkoper moet je zelf de boel goed in de gaten houden . Voor de rest gewoon een prima makelaar net als de rest de zwarte gat. Gewoon zo doorgaat ? City and country NVM broker is excellent choice. Lots of experience in mediating home sales care from A to Z. I read a lot of negative reviews. Zij hebben al mijn verwachtingen kunnen overtreffen voor wat betreft de verkoop! De manier van communcieren is kort, duidelijk en snel! Sander heeft goed zicht op de woningmarkt en zijn passie spat er vanaf. Hij heeft mij daarnaast ook goed bij kunnen staan met andere (hulp)vragen. Al met al dus een aanrader! I have engaged City and Country real estate agents for the sale of my property. Ilona and Sander helped me. They have been able to exceed all my expectations with regard to sales! The method of communication is short, clear and fast! Sander has a good view of the housing market and his passion splashes out. He has also been able to assist me well with other (help) questions. First experience while looking for an apartment: the real estate agent showed up late, took me to a different apt from what I had asked to see and tried to charge me for one-month mediation fee, which is against NVM policies. Second experience, I ended up renting out a place from a friend of a friend, but they manage the selling of the very same apt. Against what we had agreed upon, they accessed my own apt without me being inside, and then teased me saying that having the keys they could access anytime without even me knowing it. Their behavior has proved to be against any common sense and respect, they definitely care much more for money than for people.
