Loftly is a blessing. I've been living abroad for a few years now and Loftly has managed my rental properties over the years. They've done so as AIRBNB as well as long term rental. Loftly is an incredibly reliable powerhouse. Small team, but nible and dedicated. They are so much better than the big name name agencies. I worked with several in different cities and I moved everything to Loftly because: they are pro, honest, punctual, personal and go the extra mile. Over the years we had a few occasions where swift action was needed during a crisis. (property damage) They came to the rescue, stayed till late into the night to try to fix things as best they could, before calling in pro services. Glenn and Jan-Maarten have earned their weight in gold. What's more, they've provided reliable tenants every time, minimizing the time the rental apartments where unoccupied. Loftly's young, go getter energy and deep ties to city of Rotterdam, ensures that they can fix anything and/or find the right person for the job. I sleep well at night because of these guys. Thanks Glenn & Jan Maarten ( plus their teams), you are building a top notch company. If Google had 10 stars I'd give them 12. Don't waste your time with big name property management companies, you'll just become a number and get some nitwit assigned to you. Call Loftly and happiness begins:)

Loftly is a great, professional agency who helped during all processes about getting the house, placing full assisted house during the stay and also very helpful & responsive when we are getting out. Truly don't understand the review below since, as a customer, I have already resorted to the services of Loftly twice, and did not regret my choice a single time. Firstly, I'd love to mention responsiveness and hands-on approach of the employees: starting my first experience in the middle of March that could be briefly described as "got-scammed-and-kicked-out-of-the-initial-property", Loftly helped me and my boyfriend with organising multiple viewings and further settlement of the documentation in a matter of a few days. Having lived in Rotterdam for the past four years, I am well-aware of the fact that finding accommodation and signing the contact on a 5-day notice is literally impossible, and yet Loftly made sure our journey was smooth and fast, given the overall situation. Same thing happened later on in September: screwed by the real estate boom in The Netherlands, finding a place for myself and a potential flatmate seemed absolutely impossible. Yet, my first email to Loftly asking for assistance dates back to August 31, and, on September 5, I was already well-settled in the new apartment with all the forms & contracts filled and signed up. Without an ounce of exaggeration, I have never worked with such customer-oriented platform that'd put the time- and preference-wise needs of a customer in the first place. Communication has always been carried smoothly and responsively, leaving no room for misunderstandings or inconsistencies. Besides, Loftly is a primary example of perfect quality/cost ratio since all the properties (2, in my case) have been always maintained in a decent way. Nice people, fair approach, and great renting experience - this is how I would describe working with them.

I found Loftly when I was looking for an apartment in Rotterdam as they listed very nice ones on their website that suited my preferences. They were fast at replying, kind and professional. I am very content with the flat that I rented for almost five months and going through the contract and additional papers for the apartment was quick and easy. Me and my girlfriend rented an apartment with Loftly for almost half a year and we were both very happy with this company and their service. They were always helpful and assisted us with a lot during our stay. The apartment was really nice and newly renovated, overall it was very affordable.
