Ik was enthousiast over de woning en Patricia is daarop meteen in actie gekomen door in contact te treden met de verkopend makelaar. We zijn samen nogmaals bij de woning gaan kijken. Ook hierna bleef Patricia actief en het is meteen gelukt om de eerste woning waar ik haar voor inschakelde aan te kopen. Patricia blijft in contact en neemt veel initiatief. Ze is informeel in de omgang, en dat vond ik een verademing ten opzichte van de meeste aankoopmakelaars die je spreekt bij bezichtigingen. Ik heb een hele prettige samenwerking gehad met Mevrouw de aankoopmakelaar en zou Patricia aan iedereen aanbevelen! At the first meeting, the day before, I had independently done a viewing at a home. I was enthusiastic about the property and Patricia immediately took action by contacting the selling real estate agent. We went again to look at the house together. Patricia also remained active after this and it was immediately possible to purchase the first home that I called in for her. Patricia stays in contact and takes a lot of initiative. She is informal, and I found that a relief compared to most purchase brokers that you speak at viewings.
