C	Christine Mons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir ist auf dem Weg zur Arbeit einfach das Pedal abgefallen, zum Glück war ich nicht weit entfernt von Lörper, so das ich kurzer Hand dort hin gelaufen bin. Trotz das mein Fahrrad nicht bei Lörper gekauft wurde, hat man mir sehr schnell geholfen und das Pedal kostenfrei wieder angebracht, so das ich pünktlich auf der Arbeit war und mit dem Rad auch sicher wieder nach Hause fahren kann. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die schnelle und kompetente Hilfe, das nächste Fahrrad wird bei Lörper gekauft. Vielen Dank an das wirklich super nette Personal in der Werkstatt. My pedal just fell off on the way to work, luckily I wasn't far from Lbody, so I walked over there without further ado. Despite the fact that my bike was not bought from Lbody, I was helped very quickly and put the pedal back on free of charge, so that I got to work on time and can ride my bike back home safely. I am very grateful for the quick and competent help, the next bike will be bought from Lbody. Many thanks to the really nice staff in the workshop.

Vielen Dank dafür. Very friendly employees, even with small problems that do not necessarily have anything to do with bicycles (e-scooters ?), a suitable solution is sought and found. Übergabe des Fahrrades hat nur wenige Tage gedauert und es würde alles super erklärt. Gerne wieder Friendly and competent advice, I felt in good hands there. Großes Danke im Namen der Familie und der glücklichen Ukrainerinnen an die herzlichen und mitfühlenden Mitarbeiter des Hauses Lörper. Danke an den Chef für die großzügige Spende. Das Mädchen freut sich über ihr neues Fahrrad und wird das "neue" zu Hause auf zwei Rädern erkunden können. 5 stars for an amazing gesture! The world is upside down and refugees from Ukraine were very happy. Big thanks on behalf of the family and the happy Ukrainian women to the warm and compassionate employees of the Lörper house.
