★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerste indruk was al perfect ziet er netjes uit. Niet veel rommel waar ik wel vaak last van had in andere lounges, shisha heerlijk met veel diverse smaken. Het eten hier was heel lekker zeker een aanrader als je toch er toch bent. Het is ernaast ook heerlijk naast de shisha daarom 5 sterren. Ook zijn ze al om 12 uur open voor lunch!
 First impression was already perfect, looks neat. Not a lot of junk that I often had trouble with in other lounges, shisha delicious with many different flavors. The food here was very tasty definitely recommended if you are there anyway. Next to it it is also delicious next to the shisha therefore 5 stars. They are also open for lunch at noon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service but place itself needs some renovation. It is also not very clean and the shisha itself was not as good as it’s supposed to be. Price for the shisha is not justified

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can sit outside, I would recommend this place. Otherwise I would skip it immediately.
We sat outside which was nice as we were surrounded by fresh air and the square was fairly quiet. It gave us a place to chat and enjoy the shisha. We were checked upon by the staff after making a clear agreement on when the coals needed to be refreshed, having a feeling we would've easily been forgotten otherwise.
However, the staff was clearly experienced in setting up the shisha for us, but not trained in the rest which mostly meant running the bar and serving multiple tables. We couldn't even blame the staff as it was just one guy, serving all the tables of which some were clearly regulars who needed extra treatment. We also only walked over after eating elsewhere as they told us that at the moment they weren't serving food, nor snacks.
If you can't sit outside, this wouldn't be a place I'd recommend. The inside of the lounge is very dark, humid, with little circulation in air. Maybe if the restaurant part is open, it could be nice, but as a bar I would go somewhere else as Leiden has plenty of good places for that.
