★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly lady gave personal advice for shampoo bars and added a free sample of a product I requested.
The shop is however a bit smaller which means often when passing by it's busy and there's no one with time to assist. Therefore I prefer going to the other (bigger) Lush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am a long-time Lush lover, but just wanted to point out this specific Lush store! Had the most wonderful chit-chat with two employees who were genuinely friendly and wanted to make sure that I got the right products instead of trying to get me to buy as much as possible. When I was doubting between two face serums, one of the employees went out of her way and gifted me one of the two serums I was doubting with so that I was able to try out both at home. WOW! Easily going to avoid the over-crowded Lush store on Kalverstraat and only shop at Centraal now. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute little Lush store, not the one I usually go to but I am very familiar with the products and love them all! The service was nice but I feel like maybe the staff are told to try and get into and interaction with clients which is fine if you don't know what you want but I felt a little bit hassled after explaining already that I did not need/want assistance, I even started to wonder if they suspected me as a theif as I was approached by the same 2 people 6-7 times in my 10 minute visit. I appreciate that is their role but it can also drive customers away if you don't pick up on it when someone is becoming uncomfortable. Apart from that, my usual lovely experience in Lush!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many Lush stores around Europe but this one stand apart because of Maya and polish guy (I forgot his name, sorry). Actually all the staffs were so helpful, friendly and nice. Maya and Polish guy answered all of mine dumb questions and were super nice to me. I ended buying a couple of products and to my surprise, they offered me a new therapy bar as a present. I was so touched by their gesture and this therapy bar made my skin (especially my butt and legs) smooth and supple. Thank you, guys! I'm certainly adding this to my skin/body care regime. Love you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many lush stores but by far I I would say this is the best shopping experience I’ve had! Julia is a marvelous shop assistant that knows each soap bar’s formulas and functions by heart, and recommends suitable products that are tailored to my needs! She is very warm and witty, and made me felt pleasant because she gave my enough attention and tirelessly introduce each product to me! This store definitely wins from the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inez is a warm, wonderful person and an amazing sales/product advisor, I have been coming to this Lush location since it was open but I never had such a professional advice or treatment. Lush is very lucky to have Inez in their team. I hope they will appreciate her there, as her enthusiasm really made me feel great, made me spend more than I was planning, and it made me feel good about going over the budget, she should definitely be promoted asap and rewarded for making a difference ❤❤❤ I will definitely come back - Lush please - reward the right people ! It matters ! Good job Inez
