★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden met Leandro bij de aankoop van mijn eerste woning in deze oververhitte woningmarkt in Amsterdam. Ik dacht dat het onmogelijk zou zijn, maar al snel was het gelukt! Tevreden met het hele proces; de begeleiding, het persoonlijk contact, laagdrempeligheid, betrokkenheid. Al met al top service en ben ontzettend blij met mijn woning, bedankt!
 Very satisfied with Leandro when purchasing my first home in this overheated housing market in Amsterdam. I thought it would be impossible, but soon it worked! Satisfied with the whole process; guidance, personal contact, accessibility, involvement. All in all, top service and I am very happy with my home, thank you!

I took their services for 2 month to help me find a place to rent and during that time I have been extremely disappointed with their services.
In 2 months I only get one visit. They have an extremely long response time to any request, they stood me up for one visit.
In addition of this, while any other real estate agency take their commission at the time of signing the LV housing rental contract requests an advance on this commission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one the best experiences in changing rental homes, very responsive, very fast, they take care of the details for the tenant. very smooth process and on top of all on the moving day they offered me a welcome gift for moving in my new rental home. very reliable and punctual. nice to see this type of people on the jungle which is the real estate in Amsterdam :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall unprofessional and not responsive. After confirming a rental they ignored emails and phone calls for more than 10 days. When somebody finally picked up, they just avoided me on the phone to brush me off comfortably with a template.
They will argue that owner changed his mind, but the poor handling and zero qualms are entirely on them. The whole experience would be laughable if not for the considerable amount of damage and chaos caused.
Don't expect them to be upfront or committed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LV Housing, helped mediate and managed a property i rented in Amsterdam, the process went very smoothly. Even after i moved in, every issue i had was properly and timely dealt with.
Even had this gas leak issue and they were able to get a repairman at the house at 21:00 and fix the issue right then and there.
If you're looking for a place in the Netherlands, would recommend!
