★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptioniste stuurde ons weg toen wij verschenen op een telefonisch gemaakte afspraak waarvan zij (naar later bleek door hun misverstand) niets wist. Ik ben gewend dat in dit soort situaties flexibel wordt opgelost.
Receptionist sent us away when we showed up for an appointment made by telephone, of which she (later it turned out due to their misunderstanding) knew nothing. I am used to flexible solutions in these kinds of situations.
