They were fast in booking a technician for the property survey and the report was matching the price I bought the house for. The report was 150 pages long, with all sorts of info from city-hall, land registry books, owners association, pictures, etc. Great job overall. Thanks again!!!

β β β β β If I new I would get an outdated report which doesn't really correspond to what's happening in the market and is unable to provide an updated (already public) energy label, I wouldn't have requested this service from Maatwerk. A complete waste of money, poor customer service and lack of empathy and understanding as this is almost useless for me and it doesn't improve my mortgage conditions.

They organized the building inspection immediately after I submitted the request, inspector was available within 2 days and a thorough report completed in less than 24 hours. They provided comprehensive follow ups on questions and great customer service and value for money. I would 100% use them again.
