E	Edwart Belfor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nieuwbouw woning gekocht. Woning heeft veel beton en ijzer waardoor bereik van wifi boven slecht was. Met 3 kinderen is dat geen doen. Had zelfs versterkers geprobeerd maar dat gaf meerdere wifi namen, super onhandig. Dankzij Madicom hebben we nu wifi door heel het huis inclusief de tuin en garage. De TP-Link apparaten werken snel en fijn. Newly built home purchased. The house has a lot of concrete and iron, so the range of WiFi above was poor. With 3 children, that is no do. Had even tried amplifiers but that gave multiple wifi names, super awkward. Thanks to Madicom we now have WiFi throughout the house including the garden and garage. The TP-Link devices work quickly and nicely.

Zeer vriendelijk en snel geholpen aan de telefoon. Goede ervaring tijdens het bezoek van de monteur. De gehele woning heeft inmiddels goed Wi-Fi. Daarnaast had ik een nieuwe Smart TV gekocht, welke de monteur ook voor mij heeft geinstalleerd. Super, bedankt! Madicom called because of very poor Wi-Fi at home. Very annoying with the children who have to do more and more online for school. Very friendly and quickly helped on the phone. Good experience during the mechanic's visit. The entire house now has good Wi-Fi. In addition, I had bought a new Smart TV, which the mechanic also installed for me. Super thanks!

Telefonisch geen contact maar wel snel reactie via whatsapp. Bezoek om te inventariseren en advies te geven prima, verstand van zaken en dacht mee. Daarna zouden we over een week offerte ontvangen. Daar wachten we nu al meer dan 3 weken op. Na 2 weken geen bericht toch maar gebeld. Niet bereikbaar en op 2x whatsapp bericht sturen ook geen enkele reactie meer. Jammer. More than a month ago contacted Madicom about poor wifi in the house. No contact by telephone, but a quick response via whatsapp. Visit to make an inventory and to give advice, excellent knowledge and thought along. Then we would receive a quote in a week. We have been waiting for that for more than 3 weeks now. After 2 weeks no message but called. Not available and not sending a response on 2x whatsapp. Unfortunately.

Heb nu ook wifi op de zolder EINDELIJK! Ik ben zeer te spreken over het advies dat Ferry mij gaf om niet alleen te richten op draadloos internet maar als ik toch eenmaal bezig was om gelijk ook bekabelde internetaansluitingen aan te leggen. Ook dat heeft hij netjes voor mij aangelegd. Werkzaamheden zijn conform afspraken uitgevoerd (met gratis advies) ruimschoots binnen de verwachte tijd! I recently had new WiFi connections installed by Madicom in my entire home. I am very satisfied with it and everything works perfectly. Now also have wifi in the attic FINALLY! I am very pleased with the advice Ferry gave me to not only focus on wireless internet, but once I was busy installing wired internet connections as well. He also arranged it neatly for me. Work was carried out in accordance with agreements (with free advice) well within the expected time!

Madicom was able to help us out within 48 hours of initial contact, maintaining excellent communication throughout the entire affair. The technician was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, and even triple-checked to make absolutely sure everything was in optimal working order. Flawless experience, 5/5 stars, would hire again !
