Super helped, I ordered a nice chain that turned out to be a bit too tight, I immediately got a new one after sending it back. Very fast service and a really nice subtle personalized necklace.

For several months I have been looking for a delicate bracelet with the initials of my daughters and I found it!
During purchasing, I had some problems and they solved them right away, so very good service as well. 100% recommended.
My only suggestion would be the addition of another way of tie down. Currently there is only the knots, but I would like to have the option of a clasp as well ?
