★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twijfelachtig bedrijf. Eerst 2 paar schoenen betaald die op voorraad waren. Toen moest ik wachten omdat 1 paar uit het centrale magazijn moest komen. Vervolgens bleek die maat er toch opeens niet meer te zijn en waren we een week verder. Schoenen die uiteindelijk kwamen waren van zeer matige kwaliteit. Na retourneren moest ik erg lang op mijn geld wachten. Wel goede klantenservice; geen lange wachttijden en vriendelijke mensen.
 Questionable company. First paid for 2 pairs of shoes that were in stock. Then I had to wait because 1 pair had to come from the central warehouse. Then it turned out that size was suddenly no longer there and we were a week later. Shoes that finally arrived were of very poor quality. After returning I had to wait a very long time for my money. Good customer service; no long waiting times and friendly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige week boots gekocht van 60 euro. Heb de boots ingesprayd slaan de boots wit uit. Terug gegaan naar de winkel. Deden ze moeilijk. Uiteindelijk met veel gezeur nieuwe boots (gekregen) maar moesten nog wel 30 euro extra betalen voor de nieuwe boots.Ik vind dit persoonlijk erg slechte service.
Zou deze winkel zeker niet aanraden.
Last week bought boots for 60 euros. Have the boots sprayed the boots white. Went back to the store. They were difficult. In the end with a lot of nagging (got) new boots but still had to pay 30 euros extra for the new boots.
Definitely would not recommend this shop.

Een maand geleden schoenen gekocht. Net buiten het ruiltermijn kwam er een gat bij de hak. De schoenen werden kosteloos naar de schoenmaker gestuurd en gerepareerd.
Hier zou ik volgende keer weer mijn schoenen gaan halen!
Very good service.
Bought shoes a month ago. Just outside the exchange period, there was a hole at the heel. The shoes were sent to the shoemaker free of charge and repaired.
I would go here again next time to get my shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered shoes on sale and unfortunatly they didn't had the color I wanted anymore. After a couple of minutes after purchasing I got an email explaining the situation. I got compensated for my misfortune whithout asking and everything was settled well and quick.
Ordered online and delivered in The Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff and service! I heard them speaking Dutch, German and English, so this shop is to fit all! They helped me find the right shoe on various occasions, yet they did not complain once for walking all the time!
One downside, however, is that most (droolingly) pretty shoes come in tiny sizes (34-36 ish) and not in the larger ones (40+) in european sizes.
