β β β β β Okay store and friendly staff, but the changing room are always stupidly hot. If its busy I would recommend against coming here if you plan on using the changing rooms

β β β β β Love the new store and lay out. They changed the changing rooms, its much bigger and the store is organised better. to me the staff is friendly and they have nice cloths. Assortiment is good and price also reasonable. the sale prices used to be much better than now.

β β β β β I wanted to try 10 items yesterday but there was not a single one in my size of xs, while there was an abundance of the rest of the sizes. If itβs the most popular size why not check and provide more of those in the store? Also for a line of 9 people only one cashier desk open in a tiny area downstairs.

β β β β β Rude. I ordered a coat to be delivered at this store. The product arrived at the store many days later than the promised date. So I had to buy another coat and wanted to return the one that arrived at the store. They gave me a huge box and wanted me to open it on the ground because they said they had to take payments from other customers. I was surprised as the people around me. And then when I ooened the box, I put the return sticker on and gave it to the lady at the cassa. She said she cant take the box. It was absurd that they expected me to take that huge box with me and Kalverstraat is a very crowded and touristic street where it is not possible to find a garbage bin where I can fit that box. And yes I had to scrumble the box to million pieces to fit in the tiny little garbage box in front of the store. I wanted to speak to the manager but she was a a break. So please find my complaint here.
