★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found it somewhat disappointing.
I've been to the Uniqlo in Kyoto, Japan which is really a great store and the merchandise nicely displayed. It seemed to have a much larger collection than the Amsterdam store as well.
I love the quality of their t-shirts, they're nice and soft and keep their shape and color.
My personal experience with their quality is fine considering the low price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very nice customer service at this shop. It was very busy (Sunday afternoon), still ladies at the fitting room helped me with finding right sizes. Quality is good too for the price. And the paying ! You just put everything into the box at the self-service kassa and automatically it scans everything you have to pay for. Super nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we don’t have Uniqlo where I come from, I’m always looking forward to coming here. Shop’s packed with wardrobe staples of good quality at a good price.
For example, you can buy a cashmere sweater for approx. €80.

But when it's 4 degrees outside the store and 30 inside, I can't give more stars.
Except for the employees everyone is melting from the heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought all my winter clothes there, been wearing them the whole week and I am more than satisfied with the heat tech stuff, they are beautiful, well made and resistant, loving it! The store is well organised, lots of options and the self-checkout is really fast, made everything easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute favourite store since I had my first purchase in Jakarta many years ago. Fortunately it has opened in Amsterdam and the Hague. Perhaps soon in Rotterdam too? I've been a regular client since it opened in Amsterdam and it's worth taking the one-hour train journey from Rotterdam. Excellent quality products at very reasonable price. A group of young, enthusiastic staff provide friendly service. Check out is definitely hi-tech as there's no need to scan every item. Highly recommended.
