n	neokCS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb precies dezelfde situatie als Daniël. Mijn eerste loonstrookje kwam binnen met veels te veel uren te weinig. Na vele mailtjes en telefoontjes, met vele bedoel ik dat ik geen reactie kreeg of gewoon niemand aan de lijn kreeg, heb ik nog steeds geen verdere informatie over wanneer ik de rest van mijn loon ga krijgen. Ook wordt je bij dit uitzendbureau constant op het laatste moment afgezegd, terwijl je de verwachting hebt te gaan werken. Aan iederen die denkt hier aan te beginnen; doe het niet, dit uitzendbureau is waardeloos. I have exactly the same situation as Daniel. My first pay slip came in with way too many hours too little. After many emails and phone calls, by many I mean I didn't get a response or just didn't get anyone on the phone, I still have no further information on when to get the rest of my pay. You will also be constantly canceled at this employment agency at the last minute, while you expect to go to work. To anyone who thinks to start here; don't do it, this agency is worthless.
S	Sven Spoler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 6 maanden later: Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn volledige uitbetaling van de zomervakantie 2017. Als ik lager dan 1 ster kon geven dat had ik dat 100% gedaan. Bellijsten worden niet nagekomen, mails worden niet gestuurd, voicemails worden niet teruggebeld. Ben een altijd heel rustig iemand maar zelfs ik ben nu al het geduld kwijt. Ik heb een iets andere situatie dan de mensen in de reviews. Ik krijg helemaal niet uitbetaald. Ben nu nog bezig om mijn geld van de zomer van 2017 te krijgen. Heb nog geen enkele cent ontvangen en het is maart 2018. Dat is 8 maanden. En als je dan belt krijg je de voicemail, stuur je een mail krijg je geen antwoord (ook niet met hoge prioriteit). Afgelopen dinsdag gebeld, medewerker vond het wel erg dat ik nog helemaal niets ontvangen had zou haar collega erop aanspreken. Nu donderdag nog maar eens weer gebeld, krijg binnen een week een telefoontje... Natuurlijk, dat vertrouwen heb ik niet meer hoor. En nu ik ook lees dat mensen veel te weinig uren betaald krijgen ben ik daar ook wel bang voor. Aangezien ik mijn uren nooit hebben kunnen checken want ik moet eerst een eerste betaling ontvangen voordat ik kan inloggen om mijn uren te checken. Update 6 months later: I am still waiting for my full payout from the summer holidays 2017. If I could give less than 1 star I would have done it 100%. Call lists are not kept, e-mails are not sent, voicemails are not called back. I am always a very calm person but even I have lost all patience now. I have a slightly different situation than the people in the reviews. I am not getting paid at all. I'm still trying to get my money from the summer of 2017. Haven't received a single cent yet and it's March 2018. That's 8 months. And when you call you will receive the voicemail, send an email and you will not receive an answer (not even with high priority). Called last Tuesday, employee was very sorry that I had not received anything at all and would approach her colleague about it. Now called again on Thursday, get a call within a week ... Of course, I don't have that confidence anymore. And now that I also read that people are paid far too few hours, I am also afraid of that. Since I have never been able to check my hours because I have to receive a first payment before I can log in to check my hours.
D	Daniël Dorgelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knap waardeloos. Leuke praatjes over werk, maar ondertussen er een potje van maken bij de uitbetaling van het loon. Ben nu al 3 maanden bezig om het loon van 1 maand in de correcte hoeveelheid te ontvangen. Blijkbaar is het te lastig om het correcte aantal uren te factureren, want ten derde male worden uren gewoon "vergeten" over te boeken. En op flexibiliteit kan niet worden gerekend, want voorschotten hebben ze ineens afgeschaft en ondanks dat zij fouten maken moet ik wachten tot de volgende maand voor het missende bedrag wordt overgeboekt. Heel jammer dit. Pretty worthless. Nice talk about work, but in the meantime make a mess of it with the payment of wages. I have been working for 3 months now to receive 1 month's wages in the correct amount. Apparently it is too difficult to invoice the correct number of hours, because for the third time, hours are simply "forgotten" to transfer. And flexibility cannot be counted on, because they have suddenly abolished advances and despite the fact that they make mistakes, I have to wait until the next month for the missing amount to be transferred. Very sorry this.
D	De Buurvrouw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen enkele ster waardig! Zeer slechte service en waardeloze communicatie naar uitzendkrachten. Ik kreeg een vordering, dat ik loon moest terugbetalen, wat absoluut onjuist was. Mijn man heeft uiteindelijk het hoofdkantoor (na wekenlang telefoneren en mailen zonder goed antwoord van Manpower) kunnen bewijzen dat wij geen 1000 euro moesten terugbetalen. Gelukkig is mijn man financial controller en die maak je niets wijs! Sterker nog: Manpower stond bij mij in de schuld. Er kon geen excuus af. Ongelooflijk dat zo'n bedrijf nog mag bestaan. Vooral Adri van vestiging Zwolle is geen knip voor de neus waard, liegt de hele boel bij elkaar. Ik kreeg uiteraard gelijk van het hoofdkantoor, dat Manpower fouten had gemaakt. Op dat hoofdkantoor zitten mensen die de functie financieel administrateur / controller niet waard zijn. Lonen berekenen kunnen ze niet, mijn man moest hun telefonisch nog uitleggen via de telefoon hoe hun verloningssysteem werkte. Manpower ging keihard af als een gieter. Achteraf hebben we enorm gelachen om zoveel onbenul en onkunde. Not worthy of a single star! Very bad service and lousy communication to agency workers. I got a claim that I had to repay my salary, which was absolutely incorrect. My husband was eventually able to prove to the head office (after weeks of telephone and email without a correct answer from Manpower) that we did not have to repay 1000 euros. Especially Adri from the Zwolle office is not worth a wink, the whole lot lies together. Of course I was right about the head office that Manpower had made mistakes. There are people at that head office who are not worthy of the position of financial administrator / controller. They cannot calculate wages, my husband had to explain to them by phone how their pay system worked. Manpower went off like a watering can. In retrospect we laughed a lot about so much ignorance and ignorance.

Vanaf dat ik er stopte eind december heb ik zeker 1/2x per week of vaker gebelt hoe het zat met mijn kerst geld. Niemand die me wat kon zeggen. Uiteindelijk hebben ze mij overuren betaald die ik niet heb gemaakt en of ik die even terug kon betalen. Tuurlijk als dit op een nette manier gegaan was zeker. 5 maand later kriug ik ineens te horen dat ik geen recht had op kerst geld terwijl mij dit op de mail wel was gezegt! Gebelt en ze zij dat ze even ging kijken wat ze voor me zou kunnen doen en me terug zou bellen. NOOIT meer wat gehoord! Tot 2 maand terug ik van het incassobureau een rekening krijg van het niet betalen van de rekening! Hun beweren dat ze geen afspraken met mij hebben gemaakt en dat ze een herinnering hebben gestuurd van het betalen. Die herinnering heb ik NOOIT gehad! Bijna een jaar verder en nog ben ik niet van ze af. Manpower bedankt voor helemaaal niks! Gek word ik der van. Niks heeft ook overzicht 5 loonstroken van 1 gewerkte week, elke week moest ik mailen dat mn uren niet klopte en denk je eindelijk ik ben weg bij ze... ben je er nog niet helemaal van af!!!! Nobody could tell me anything. In the end they paid me overtime that I did not work and whether I could pay it back. They claim that they have not made any arrangements with me and that they have sent a reminder of payment. I NEVER had that memory! Almost a year later and I am still not rid of them. Thank you Manpower for nothing at all! It drives me crazy. Nothing also has an overview of 5 payslips of 1 worked week, every week I had to email that my hours were not correct and you finally think I am away from them ... are you not completely off it !!!!

D	Djemel Hamel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed contact gehad met Evelien en Carolien, natuurlijk liep niet alles altijd als gesmeerd maar het gaat erom hoe is opgelost en het team jou binnen hun vaardigheden en tijd proberen te helpen, ik ben 1FTE ingezet op mijn project voor Accenture en overgenomen. Nergens is het perfect, maar ik heb mijn half jaar tot overname als prima ervaren, blijf zo doorgaan en jullie team versterken! Had good contact with Evelien and Carolien, of course everything didn't always run smoothly, but it's about how it was solved and the team try to help you within their skills and time, I was deployed 1FTE on my project for Accenture and was taken over. It is nowhere perfect, but I have experienced my six months until the takeover as excellent, keep it up and strengthen your team!
