Today I have been assisted by means of TeamViewer on getting my Outlook2019 to work. It had stopped working as a consequence of the transition of YourHosting, Zwolle, to a new server system. I had been trying to get it to work for months and had given up. But this last Hail Mary attempt worked. The service person was competent in what she was doing and in 20 minutes the problem was solved. She also educated me into finding the correct server number. Buddha said, nothing is obvious to the uninformed. Now, I think I can do my other accounts by myself. Thanks a lot!

I have become quite disappointed by their customer support since reaching them by telephone is quite impossible nowadays. This is specifically troublesome and actually quite annoying to a 'digilliterate' like myself. I clearly miss Yourhosting's assistance in their early days, when one could call their help desk and get great support provided by a pleasant, personable and knowledgeable staff.

Abusive marketing strategy, when you try to cancel an unused product you have to wait 1 year and in my case have to pay an invoice from an unused product. Not recommend stay away

Would be handful to receive a reminder when pro-longing a contract, instead of just pro-longing it. Even when it is mentioned in the terms and conditions that an automatic pro-longing takes place yearly. This is in my opinion not a neat way of doing business, especially since everything is automated nowadays. I wouldn't recommend this hosting service to anyone.

They changed my running package conditions with a new price, now is double price for the same service. They sent a previous dubious e-mail announcement. The options for me are: pay or run, being the websites I have online with them their hostages. Is that legal?
