De verbeteringen in het aanbod zijn goed te merken. Cynthia is altijd bereikbaar en betrokken bij het proces. Doordat ik al langer samenwerk met haar kent ze mijn woning goed. In no time had ze meerdere bezichtigingen ingepland. Uiteindelijk heeft mijn woning slechts enkele dagen leeg gestaan. Super bij met de dames van Marktpand. Last month I was able to do business again with Marktpand (formerly Happy Rent). Again a very positive experience. The improvements in the range are clearly noticeable. Cynthia is always available and involved in the process. Because I have been working with her for some time, she knows my home well. In no time she had planned several viewings. In the end, my house was only empty for a few days. Great with the ladies from Marktpand.

They quickly found good candidates and contracts plus screening were taken care of, I did the viewings myself. Exactly right! There were some technical hiccups with the final inspection, but support and solutions were quickly found. In short: a great collaboration and highly recommended!
