Het traject heeft mij nieuwe inzichten gegeven, zowel in de werk als privé sfeer, en vooral ook een berg aan positieve energie (en handvaten) om mijn persoonlijke doelen te bereiken. Dit alles op een heerlijke down-to-earth manier, die goed bij mij past. Dikke aanrader voor iedereen, doen!
 I have just completed a six-week trajectory with Martijn as the most inspiring and nicest coach. The trajectory has given me new insights, both in the work and private sphere, and especially a mountain of positive energy (and handles) to achieve my personal goals. All this in a wonderfully down-to-earth way, which suits me well. Highly recommended for everyone, do it!

Martijn his classes varying from actively participating in different kinds of meditations, stories, homework and plenty time to share your experiences. I really enjoyed the fact that it was over 8 weeks. Plenty of time in my life I have thought oh lets start meditating and after 10 minutes forgot about it. Now I have enough tools to incorporate it in my daily life! I can highly recommend these group lessons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did an 'Own Your Mind' Masterclass with Martijn as part of my office virtual offsite. I have a team of 10 people who all participated and gave positive feedback.
It was a great session. In an hour, we could learn and practice some very effective tools that can be used in day-to-day fast paced work life.
I would highly recommend getting in touch with Martijn to customise a class that works for you. He was really flexible and open in designing this one for me - we had a quick catch up few days before the session and he managed to make it effective and relevant for the team.
