I was recruited by them but signed contract with another company (payroll) which automatically became my employer. It wouldn't be a such problem till the time when one of my payments was delayed for 2 and half weeks. Seven months later the payroll company (my employer) is filing for a bankruptcy and they own me money ... Naturally you contact Smartmatch to provide some more information about the situation occurred but there is no explanation! At the end you are told that they have nothing to do with it as they are not your employer! It would only be fair to tell people the truth about who the recruiter and employer is before you sign any contract after the recruiting process. No professional approach, no transparent, no efficient recruiting company! I am disgusted, disappointed, frustrated ...
H	Hache Gee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart Match was good to work with, every time I had an issue Rahman was quick to help me via email or what’s app. There was one time I did not get paid on time and it took nearly 2-3 weeks to be paid but that was only once when they had an issue with their HR system. I’m sure it’s not a routine thing as my fellow colleague had worked with them for over two years and it had never happened to him before... Sometimes these things happen - I’m sure if I made a big deal and exclaimed that I desperately needed the money now to survive they would have done something for me.
