★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make the customers pay for the toilet. I only have a card, not cash. The person at till wouldn't put a one dollar payment through. It was especially infuriating because I had to pee VERY bad.
What is this, Mexico? Making patrons pay for the toilet is horrible and petty. This one star review is satisfying to write.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even when you consume here you need to pay 1 euro to use the toilet, but then it should be only in cash and the till doesn't give you any coins or a token even if you want to pay for it by bank card, strange policy and as usual they blame it on corona but then no other place in this city has such a policy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the restaurant in the center. And have lots of people there. The customer have to wait for a while for orders because there have just 2 staff at the counter for take your order. But not really too long. The place are clean and also have toliet.

The staff can be clearly seen without masks walking around, handling food or with masks on their chins/mouths with bare nose all the while arguing with customers to "wear the masks properly". Worst KFC I have ever been to, where the staff yell and argue, ignore COVID precautions and insist that wearing the mask on only the mouth keeping the nose bare is JUST OK. I hope there is some action taken against this for infecting people's food and endangering public safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man, who the hell doesn't like KFC. It's some good chicken but the waiting time for your meal even the place wasn't that crowded is huge. However, people who work at fast food places are always stressed and tired so no complains about that. I just appreciated the greasy chicken that gave me a couple of pounds but made me smile because of the taste and that's what matters.
