I bought a PC online from Saturn (new) and it came totally broken like it was thrown over stairs, went to them to return it and they said it is not possible and that I must return it myself to the store where I bought it. Absolute deplorable client care, I will never buy from them again!

I went there once to buy a fridge and the employee took advantage of my poor german trying to sell me a different model than the one that i was looking for, which was more expensive. His excuses were "it is the same model (it wasn't)", and then "it is better than the one that you want", "the one that you want is not available (it was)" and so on.
So, i go there to try some electronic devices but i never buy from them.
