On a negative note, my brand new Miele vacuum cleaner brush was broken from the box. No way to change it via courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people but 3 out of 5 games were prices to high compared to their website or the price on the till was higher than on the label. The staff on the other hand fixed this in all 3 cases instant. Great staff but it seems the system is flawed or trying to trick people.
