Die Teppiche in den Büros stammen aus einem anderen Zeitalter, was allerdings nichts mit der fachlichen Ebene der Beratungsdienstleistung zu tuen hat und insofern für mich kein Bewertungskriterium darstellt. Könnte man aus optischen Gesichtspunkten allerdings überdenken zu modernisieren. Top advice. The carpets in the offices come from a different age, which, however, has nothing to do with the professional level of the advisory service and is therefore not an evaluation criterion for me. From a visual point of view, however, one could rethink modernizing.

Die Beratung ist bisher immer äußerst zielorientiert und auf meine Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Auch unterschiedliche Sichtweisen auf Themen können gut diskutiert werden. Ich habe nie das Gefühl, dass man mir hier etwas verkaufen möchte, was ich eigentlich nicht benötige. Der Austausch ist stets offen, freundlich und auf "Augenhöhe". Wer eine fundierte Beratung wünscht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. I have been a customer of Sparkasse Krefeld and this branch for many years.
